breakfast spread was good for the first 2 days. third day was a disappointment.centrally located with lots of cafe, eateries and other stuffs.staffs were friendly and helpful.room lighting was sufficient

Intermittent wifi signal at level 8.sloppy job for the room cleaning services, placed the 'clean my room' sign but it still haven't been cleaned.towels are not in good quality.a/c faulty, my room was as cool as it gets.

The staff of the hotel gave us amazing service all the time. We did not book travel in time, and they called around for us until it was arranged.The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and in great location.

The staffs are friendly, helpful. The location is excellence: easy to find lunch, dinner. Close to Sarinah, this is legend mall in Jakarta, Easy to find public transport

Location is really near to Bundaran HI where main malls are located.

The room had a very unpleasant smell and could do some more cleaning. Not sure why but I got a very different experience from the review that I read while making the booking.

The place is cozy and clean. The staff goes way and beyond expectation. They handled my requests professionally. I highly recommend this place.

Disappointing

The hotel is poorly maintained. I had to change room 3 times because of defects and problems with the shower phone air conditioner. It offers cheap breakfast.

The location is ideal, close central attractions and the best souvenir shopping mall in Jakarta.

Check-in was unable to explain the different rates for each of our two rooms. He suggested it was how we were paying.We were given the wrong wi-fi network and password information.The light switch fell off at first touch. Only 1 bedside plug socket, the banging music from the disco prevented us from sleeping until it ended at 3:30am.We moved to a better but not music free room next morning.The bistro/drinkerie had no wine. As soon as we sat down we were offered a promotion of 5 beers for the price of 4. Only to then be told they didn't have any stock. Paying a bar bill was near to impossible. I ordered an iced caramel latte only to be told, after 10 mins that they had no caramel.The breakfasts lacked taste and were luke warm. Milk for cereals and coffees was hot milk stood in a bowl of iced water.Generally the staff were cheerful, polite and totally incompetent.The exception was a couple of the reception staff.Check the area and book somewhere else nearby.

The cleanliness and condition of the bathroom. The rooms all need a refurbishment by a professional not a child with a paint brush.

Breakfast was good, staff were helpful, location was very busy but quite central.All as expected.

Fairly cheap and well located hotel with friendly staff. Room was big enough with no views but good to sleep in. Check in and check out were quick.

The only window was the view of a close wall so no views at all. Door lock had no battery so I had to go to reception because I couldn’t open the door at 4 am

The cleanliness was appalling! There was a stain on my bed sheet and towels. The shower curtain was very dirty, with a lot of black mold, and it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned or changed in many years.

Good location, easy to go around, grab driver always near by, friendly and helpfull staff especially the door man ‘AGUNG’ he should get a raise! Overall its a good stay, will come again..
